Furthermore, the report outlined the future of cross-cultural management, including how it can be improved in offices that rely heavily on this strategic approach. Cross-Cultural Management Diversity Introduction At the onset of globalization, organizations began to redefine their management approaches. It is because of the rapid, continuous and uninterrupted change experienced by organizations in the contemporary period. Organizations considered strategic approaches, which not only developed their competencies but also prolonged the competitive survival of their businesses. Cross-cultural management is one such approach that organizations have tried in recent times.
