Topic > Essay on Globalization and Education - 894

The new era witnesses the rapid development that allows people to reach new limits far from the local space of knowledge and the limitation of culture. International corporations, international organization, new media spaces have broken all boundaries and advanced into the realm of globalization. Apparently, not everyone agrees with this. Many people and countries consider globalization as a threatening enemy to the development of their countries, Kunnanatt (2013, p44). The recent situation shows that the world is moving with confident steps towards greater globalization in everything. Regardless of government opinion, people are becoming increasingly aware of the role globalization can play in the development of their countries. Globalization seems to have converted developing countries into identical and advantaged nations that participate positively in the planetary economic system, Kunnanatt (2013, p51). Furthermore, this essay will argue that globalization has enabled countries to develop for the following three main reasons: it has a positive impact on the quality of education and education systems, it helps develop the economic situation, and it extends infrastructure for developing countries of development. Globalization brings significant improvements to the education system around the world. Student satisfaction was becoming an essential part of the quality of education. Maringe, F and Mourad, M (2012, p-3) emphasized that individual satisfaction should be recognized as a marketing process through which the defined demands of the student are realized. As a result, a huge number of students travel around the world specifically for better teaching opportunities. Eneew.C, (2014 .p-1). For example, Deakin University's annual report (2012.P-3-5) shows... half of the document... about increasing foreign trade. A new fast and reliable communication system such as the Internet, satellite communication and the international banking system has been established, all as a direct response to deal with globalization phenomena. To summarize, it is clear that globalization has more benefits in developing countries. This is because it has a positive impact on the education system, increases the chances of improving the economy and expands the essential infrastructure of developing countries. If the government of these countries does not act immediately in response to globalization, it could lead to serious problems such as lack of education, economic stagnation and limitation of essential infrastructure. Therefore, it is important that these nations, at all levels, profit from globalization and push forward to ensure a better lifestyle for their citizens..
