Topic > Ethical Decision Making - 1763

Before starting this course, I didn't realize there were so many ethical issues that occur on a daily basis, both on a personal and business level. Many problems that occur in my workplace seemed to be regular, everyday problems and I never considered them ethical or unethical. Unfortunately, this is probably why so many ethical problems continue to arise within a company without being resolved; because the issue at hand is not seen as an ethical problem, many people do not take the necessary steps to correct the problem. During this course, I gained knowledge about the 8-step decision-making process described by Nelson and Treviño that helps an individual make the best decision when facing an ethical problem.
