Presents the risk of having to abandon the security of a job and the challenge of creating something new and innovative. One of the biggest risks faced by entrepreneurs is financial risk. Most novice entrepreneurs do not have enough money to start their own business, so they get financing from banks. Another risk faced by entrepreneurs is market risks. I personally believe that this is the main risk factor to consider before starting a business. As an entrepreneur, I need to know my product and my consumer. If my consumer does not demand my product, there will be no profit. It is critical that I do my research and be able to clearly articulate how my business fits into my consumer's demand. The last risk I will talk about is team risk. I understand that I can't run an entire business on my own. I need to build a great team that helps me prepare to overcome every challenge and risk I face. It is also important to invest in people who instill a sense of trust in my business to help it thrive and weather the crisis.
