Parties guarantee the taking control of governments and the formation of democracies. Each state has different types of party systems. Even though these systems are the same, in some countries they may be approved differently from each other. The purpose of this essay is to compare the United States and the United Kingdom in terms of the two-party system and also discuss their differences and similarities. Defining a party is difficult and to date many people have tried to define it in a specific context. If necessary, to summarize the meaning of political party, political parties are institutions that bring together people under the same ideological roots, people who have certain beliefs and believe in the same particular principles about what government should or should not be or how it behaves the government. Political parties want to control the government, win and use political offices. They use legitimate means such as elections. With the help of elections they can come to power or remain in opposition. Sometimes they may not want to participate in elections, this situation is also legitimate. Political parties have interests and can represent one or more interests in society. There are various party systems that bring together political parties or promote a party and shape the government regime. One of them is the two-party system. A two-party system is a system dominated by the two main parties, and in elections voters make a choice between these political parties. The two parties have equal power to win government. There are actually several, but only two... half of the paper... I saw it. There are some sanctions for people who act against the general opinion. Therefore British parties are more disciplined and the British two-party system is more rigid. On the other hand, American political parties are decentralized and less disciplined. The party's discipline and ideology are weaker than those of Britain. For example, party members may act on their personal opinions. If they wish, they can act without consulting their parties. This situation demonstrates that an undisciplined party structure exists in America. On the other hand America is a larger country than Great Britain both in terms of population and geography. Therefore the American population is more diverse and American representatives must address a broader mass. Just like the same party system is approved in the US and the UK. They differ from each other in some points.
