The Russian people have suffered some of the most horrific human rights violations known to man, due to the corruption of Russian leader Josef Stalin along with his fellow government officials and the Russian secret police. In fact, these acts of terror, violence, torture, and murder took place in Russia under Josef Stalin, the leader of the Russian government.
