To be a successful police officer, the student must be physically active. They don't have to be marathon runners, but they have to face the physical challenges that await them. During the academic period, and later when the student has now a successful career, he or she still needs to possess those physical skills. A police officer must be able to run quickly and for a certain distance or hold his ground in a fight. If the criminal manages to escape or fight the officer and escape, then the officer will not be able to do his job successfully. In addition to physical qualifications, they must also possess specific personal characteristics. Police officers spend much of their time in public interviewing, asking questions and simply being polite to people in the area and therefore must have some of the characteristics needed to do what they need to do. A good police officer should have the ability to use common sense and solve problems. They should be able to multitask and use empathy and compassion when speaking with victims or families.
