From the past to the present, human beings have lived according to certain laws and models and consequently the state necessarily exists. It has special responsibilities such as promoting the well-being of the individual or protecting citizens from harm to the citizens living there. However, these responsibilities are not one-sided. In other words, as a member of the community, although citizens enjoy certain privileges, there are also responsibilities that are required of citizens towards the state. There are three main responsibilities required of each individual to be a good citizen: civic responsibilities, cultural responsibilities and moral responsibilities. First, a good citizen must fulfill civic responsibilities which are personal and participatory responsibilities.
