With local advertising and open houses people will see that it is okay to ask for help. Mental health education should be part of middle and high school education. Churches will have pastors and groups that will help people get help the right way. Maintaining awareness and promoting self-awareness will help build a stronger community and happier people. This is an important topic and should not be ignored. Local athletes from the US Olympic Center will hold a community discussion about how important it is to stay active, eat healthy, and in doing so, how this impacts overall mental health.
