In the end, my team and I got an A- for our presentation and paper. I believe this project was completely successful, and although there were some difficult moments throughout the process, I am proud to say that we all remained committed to the project. I feel like this was my most meaningful leadership experience because I used everything I learned through my experience in corporate organizations to bring this project to life. I felt I exhibited the qualities of a good leader because I was determined, motivated, worked well with the team, delegated tasks to the team effectively, and communicated with the team to accomplish this project
