Topic > The importance of sleep - 1054

This is quite possible because even as a child I couldn't sleep until two or three in the morning. If you combine bedtime and constantly waking up for school, it's obvious why I would build up a sleep deficit. Many might argue that the fact that I sleep during the day could also be the cause of the fact that I go to bed later, and therefore I keep repeating the pattern over and over again. They may be right, but in my opinion my sleep patterns suggest that as I try to work off my sleep deficit, it continues to grow and grow due to my constant lack of sleep and nothing.
