It represents the importance of education for younger children; I believe America appreciates this concept because it wants American children to also learn American culture and subjects in general. My parents also see the importance of education, because they wanted my sister and I to learn things and become very creative and knowledgeable about concepts and ideas. It sends the message of how important and fun learning is for everyone. The symbols seen here are my smile, which represents happiness in learning and education, my backpack, which typically contains books and school supplies, and my clothes appropriate for going out in public and at school.
