After the pre-enlistment medical screening test, the next step for candidates will be to take the Physical Screening Test (PST). The PST is a test that is the physical portion used to see if the candidate who is trying to become a Navy SEAL is physically fit to become a Navy SEAL, and it is included 500 meters of swimming, running for 1.5 miles and a certain amount of push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups, obviously all have a time requirement. And a candidate who is trying to become a Navy SEAL must try to get the best score possible. Top scoring applicants will have a statewide national draft and qualify to enter the BUD(s)
