Our feelings, our moods and our emotions influence our every working day towards a consistent positive or negative outcome depending on our emotional management. They also impact our daily relationships with our colleagues and influence how we perceive the concepts of team morale, job satisfaction and commitment. Emotional intelligence underpins how employees collaborate with each other, which has big consequences for how our work gets done. What is the concept of empowerment in nursing?
