Job Description/Specifications Job Title: Human Resources Manager Purpose: This position will be responsible for human resources management support for ABC Manufacturing overseeing over 500 employees. Maintain adequate staffing and levels, ensure legal complications, safety and health implementation. Functions: recruitment, selection, orientation, payroll, benefits, succession planning, organizational and training development, strategic planning and communications.
