The most important thing is the ease of communication and access to the teacher. E-learning had great ease in finding the teacher and accessing it in the shortest possible time outside of official working hours, because the trainee became able to send questions to the teacher via email, and this functionality is useful and appropriate especially for the teacher, rather than being tied to his office. And be more helpful to those who are incompatible with the teacher's working hours or when there is a question at any time probably not postponable. Secondly, students can study at any time and from anywhere in the world, so they can fit into your schedule, but they can also save money on travel costs. A third benefit is that e-learning could help students improve their Internet knowledge. Subsequently, this knowledge will help students throughout their careers to take personal responsibility for their own learning. Self-knowledge and self-confidence could be developed. On the other hand, a disadvantage of e-learning is that some students may not feel comfortable using computers because there are many technical problems and communications in the Internet, as well as slow Internet connections or older computers, so students must have computer skills with programs such as word processors, Internet browsers. Without these skills it is not possible for the student to be successful in e-learning. The second disadvantage of e-learning is that the teacher cannot or has difficulty controlling the student. Students with low motivation tend to fall behind when using eLearning as there is no set time to do so and they are responsible for organizing it themselves. Without the routine structures of a traditional classroom, students may become lost or confused about course activities and deadlines resulting in student failure or poor performance" (Berman2006).
