The Green Chemistry concept helps scientists use materials found here on Earth to improve our environment due to internal decay. With the exponential increase in the number of the human population a huge strain is created in the use of our natural resources, which then necessitates the need to produce an alternative source, whether through chemical or mechanical means, which then raises problems, such as pollution in our environment. However, by using the concepts of green chemistry, which include increasing the productivity of atoms and using non-renewable resources along with many others, scientists can better neutralize the harmful effects of pollution in our environment.
